About the event
A free, live online meditation each week from 7pm GMT. These 20 minute meditations will start with a brief reading from a passage from one of Mandus' work followed by a silent sitting.
Our community live all across the world - this event aims to engage with those who geographically may find it a challenge to attend our in-person events. As a charity we wish to embrace technology which brings us closer as a community.
Mandus was progressive by nature; adopting new technology to assist the work of the charity. In the 1970s Mandus created a recording studio to record and distribute thousands of cassettes of his teachings and meditations - these online meditations are a direct continuation of this work.
