Immaculate Meditation

A gentle monthly meditation offering, in all simplicity the chance to be still, do nothing but breathe deeply and be quiet.

The meditation will open with a short spiritual text and at the close there is the option to enjoy a cup of tea.

Whether you are new to meditation or have been practising for some time, this meeting presents the opportunity to share the space with others on the journey.
