Immaculate Meditation

A gentle monthly meditation offering, in all simplicity the chance to be still, do nothing but breathe deeply and be quiet.

Meditation is the great passive art in which all forms, thoughts and feelings are simply witnessed exactly as they are. Over time, this continued witnessing gives way to a natural arising of great inner clarity, which culminates in an enlightened view of the nature of reality.

The meditation will open with a short contemplative text and at the close there is the option to enjoy a cup of tea.

Whether you are new to meditation or have been practising for some time, this meeting presents the opportunity to share the space with others on the journey.
